After 8 (eight) days from receipt of the Product, the Client forfeits the right to lodge a complaint.
As a retail customer you may return unused and undamaged goods to us with the original boxes of the respective brand or manufacturer at your own expenses.
Custom-made Products are the only exception. In this case the Product is produced especially for your request, therefore we don’t take it back.
Transportation costs and any other costs related to the return of Product is all at your expenses.
The Product returned travel at your risk until it’s documented as having been received at our headquarters.
How to manage return?
1. We kindly ask you to notify us of your return request by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). The e-mail should contain: name of the Buyer, number of Order, name and item number of the relevant Product, reason of return, and the bank account number for the refund.
2. Send the package back directly to our headquarters. Delivery address: MONCA Details, H-1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 14. I/2.
3. After receiving the Product we check it. It should be unused, undamaged and with the original box of the respective brand or manufacturer.
4. If the Product is unused and undamaged, we will transfer the money back to your bank account.
